1 Account  Registration and Eligibility

1.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on vip baji, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You are not a resident of any area where online gaming or betting activities are completely prohibited.
• Only one account may be held per person. vip baji reserves the right to close all accounts if the same person is found operating more than one.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• An account may not be opened using another person's name, identity, or information.

1.2 Account Verification

After registration, vip baji may at any time request verification of a member's identity. If the required documents (national ID, passport, or similar) are not provided within the specified time, services on the account may be temporarily restricted. Account verification is also required to receive birthday rewards.

1.3 Password and Security

It is the member's own responsibility to keep account login details completely confidential. If you suspect that someone unauthorised is accessing your account, notify our support team immediately. vip baji bears no responsibility for any loss resulting from sharing a password with a third party.

2 Deposits,  Withdrawals and Payments

2.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

vip baji currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and similar major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. The maximum deposit amount may vary from time to time and will be displayed within the account.

Depositing funds using a payment account not registered in the member's name is strictly prohibited. In such cases, vip baji reserves the right to hold the deposited funds and investigate the account.

2.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of the request. However, if a verification process is ongoing or unusual activity is suspected, additional review may be required.

Withdrawal requests will only be approved to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or via a method specified in the platform's guidelines. Where multiple withdrawal requests are processed together, they may be handled on a priority basis.

2.3 Fraud Prevention

If vip baji suspects any form of fraud, deceptive activity, or use of illegal funds in financial transactions, it reserves the right to suspend the relevant account immediately and review the transactions. vip baji also reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

3 Bonuses and  Promotional Offers

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, a bonus of ৳1,000 is added bringing the balance to ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.

3.2 Weekly and Special Promotions

Regular members will receive various weekly and seasonal offers. Each offer has its own terms. Under the weekly vip baji reward, a 20% bonus is available on any deposit, up to ৳5,000, with a 15x wagering requirement. The vip baji Slot Festival bonus gives a 50% bonus on slot game deposits, up to ৳8,000, with a 20x wagering requirement. The weekend vip baji Dhamaka gives a 30% bonus on deposits made on weekends, up to ৳6,000, with an 18x wagering requirement.

3.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer cannot be claimed from more than one account. If multiple bonus claims are attempted from the same household or the same IP address, all related accounts will be reviewed.
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• When using a bonus to bet on certain specific games, a different contribution rate may apply to the wagering calculation.
• vip baji reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion. A notice will be posted on the platform before changes take effect.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus will be cancelled and the account may be investigated.

3.4 Birthday Reward

Verified members are eligible to receive a special reward of up to ৳1,000 once during their birthday month. The wagering requirement for this reward is 10x and it can only be claimed by members whose accounts have been verified.

4 Game  Usage Rules

4.1 Game Service Availability

vip baji offers various types of games including slots, live casino, fishing games, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, cricket betting, and football betting. Some games may be temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons or during maintenance. No compensation claims will be accepted for this.

4.2 Technical Errors

If a software error in any game displays an abnormally high winning result, vip baji reserves the right to void that result. In such cases, only the actual bet amount will be returned to the member's account. If you suspect a technical error, please contact our 24/7 live chat or email support.

4.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup), football, and other sports. Odds may change during live betting. No bet is accepted before the odds are confirmed. If a match is cancelled or remains unresolved, vip baji will settle it according to the applicable rules.

4.4 RTP and Betting Limits

Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) and betting limits. This information can be found in the description section of the relevant game. vip baji reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

5 VIP  Program and Cashback

5.1 VIP Tiers

vip baji has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can progress to higher tiers based on active play. Each tier offers cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Example: if a Silver tier member incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback.

5.2 VIP Benefit Terms

VIP cashback and other benefits are calculated on a weekly basis. VIP tier status may be reduced in the event of prolonged inactivity or a policy violation. For detailed information on VIP benefits, please refer to the relevant section.

6 Responsible Gaming Guidelines

7 Account  Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by vip baji

vip baji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice in any of the following cases:

• Opening or operating an account with false information.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Participating in unethical or fraudulent activity.
• Behaving abusively towards other members or staff.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage from the system using any third-party software.

7.2 Account Closure by Member

If a member wishes to close their account, please inform our support team. All ongoing bonus wagering and pending withdrawals must be settled before the account is closed.

8 Data Storage and  Privacy

9 Intellectual Property and  Content Use

All content on the vip baji platform — including logos, designs, text, software, game interfaces, and all other elements — is protected by reserved intellectual property rights. Members may use the platform for personal use, but no content may be copied, republished, or distributed for commercial purposes or for sharing with third parties.

Game content on the platform is subject to the intellectual property rights of the respective game developers and is made available to members solely through vip baji.

10 Limitation of  Liability

vip baji is not liable for any loss arising from technical errors, internet connectivity issues, third-party service failures, or problems with a member's own device. The platform's services are provided on an "as is" basis and uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

vip baji is not liable in any way for financial losses incurred through gaming or betting. Members are solely responsible for making decisions based on their own financial means.

11 Changes to  Terms

vip baji reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform after any changes and the new terms will take effect from the date of publication. If a member continues to use the platform after changes have been made, they will be considered to have accepted the new terms.
